SteadyCAD Terms of Use

1. Service and operator
DAYDAY provides SteadyCAD, an Android app for opening, editing and saving drawings. Contact: [email protected]. Basic drawing features do not require sign-in. See the app for available features and their conditions.
2. Accounts and devices
Google sign-in is optional. Use your own account for account-linked features and protect your credentials. An account supports up to five registered devices. Removing a device takes effect when it next checks with the server. Devices with the same model name may be different devices; review an entry before removing it.
3. Subscriptions and payment
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Google Play. Available plans, billing periods, local currency and the final amount including applicable taxes are shown before purchase in the app and Google Play checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically at the selected interval unless canceled. Price changes follow Google Play notice and consent procedures and applicable law. Purchase verification and account/device linking may require an internet connection.
4. Cancellation, restoration and refunds
You can cancel automatic renewal at any time in Google Play subscription management. Access generally continues until the end of the paid period. Uninstalling, signing out, removing a device or deleting a SteadyCAD account does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Restore using the Play account that owns the purchase and the linked SteadyCAD account. Refunds and withdrawal rights follow the applicable Google Play policies and mandatory consumer rights in your region. Contact: [email protected].
5. Drawings and work
You or the original rights holder retain rights to drawings and work you create. Providing the service does not transfer drawing ownership to DAYDAY. Drawings are processed on the device; DAYDAY does not provide cloud backup of them. Save important work separately. Before construction, manufacturing or ordering, check dimensions, units, geometry and output against the source. Display and compatibility may vary with file formats, fonts and external references.
6. Permitted use and service changes
Use the app within its offered features. Unauthorized access to others' accounts or drawings, fraudulent circumvention of security or payment controls, and disruption of the service are not permitted. Open-source components retain their own licenses. When changes, discontinuation or significant restrictions are necessary, we explain their reasons and effects and respect applicable law and valid paid entitlements.
7. Privacy and account deletion
The Privacy Policy explains processing purposes, data, retention and choices. Request account deletion from the account menu or the web account/data deletion page. Deleting a SteadyCAD account is separate from deleting a Google account. Drawings stored only on your device and externally shared copies must be managed separately.
8. Liability, consumer rights and changes
Our liability is governed by applicable law. These terms do not exclude liability for intentional or grossly negligent conduct or mandatory consumer rights and remedies where you live.
